Who We Are

We believe in supporting families with connection and compassion as we strive to meet the unique needs of each family system.

To do this, we provide individual, relationship, and family therapy and work with children, teens, adults, and parents.

We offer parenting classes and personalized parent coaching to give caregivers the tools they need to feel confident in their parenting.

Our relationship counseling can help new parents adjust to the challenges of parenthood while growing stronger together. A number of our providers also specialize in perinatal counseling for those seeking specific support related to pregnancy and birth.

We recognize that providing family support will be different for each family and this is why, in addition to emphasizing work with parents and children, we also provide family support to individuals across the lifespan.

What does a Licensed Professional Counselor mean as opposed to a Professional Counselor Associate or a student intern? What are all of those letters after providers’ names (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)?

What is Child-Parent Psychotherapy?
What is Child-Parent Psychotherapy?

Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) is a model of therapy that specifically works with young children (ages birth to six years old) who have experienced trauma, domestic violence, and/or separation from a primary caregiver. In this model, therapists work with the child and a caregiver (often a parent, but can also be a grandparent, foster parent, or anyone who is a primary caregiver to the child) together in sessions. Therapists also typically work with the caregiver alone outside of the parent-child sessions to support parenting skills and help the caregiver understand and process their own emotions related to the child’s trauma responses.
