As the administrative assistant at Family Roots, Bailey wears several hats across administration, intake, marketing, and office support. She is passionate about helping multiple teams to ensure things run smoothly, whether that means helping clients navigate the intake process or combining organizational work with creative tasks like social media and newsletters. Helping people, supporting creative projects, and bringing people together are what fuel her in both her personal and professional lives.

In her free time, Bailey enjoys hosting her friends’ game nights, going on walks with her senior golden retriever/labrador mix, Barnaby, and adding to her collection of unconventional musical instruments.
